Earth to XO... Earth to XO... Anyone from XO that actually knows how to look
at the tickets opened 3 days ago, knows the concept "if i do not know how to
do it, i should escalate it", and understands that it is not a good business
sense to simply ignore 100M customers, please get in touch with me off the
