The White House has changed it to yellow whilst the DHS is still on
orange.

Subject: Lowering the Homeland Security Advisory Threat Level

CNN (and most other news sources) are reporting that the Department of
Homeland Security is lowering the threat level from "Orange" to "Yellow"
later today.

There is no sign of any change on the Department of Homeland Security
web
site yet. Has any ISAC given out information to its members?
