Of, you meant the PI micro-allocation for multihoming. That is still
being discussed, and hasn't been approved or ratified.
This policy states that an ISP can accept multihoming as justification
for assigning a /24 to a customer even if they do not meet the immediate
25% 1 year 50% rule.=20

I was thinking about PI space. ARIN did in fact ratify a policy stating
that a provider may allocate a customer a /24 of PA space if they are=20
multihomed.
