Ahem. We are doing no outbound filtering, as noted earlier,
so if you are announcing the /20 to Sprint, and DIGEX isn't
hearing it, then either DIGEX or ANS is doing something odd
routing-wise, and it should be debugged via the Sprint INSC
and not the Sprint legal department.
