over 4 hours the netblock 216.71.0.0/17 was not reachable.
currently it works again (ober bbn-planet)

at the routeserver of bbnplanet (genuity) the network was also not in
bgp-table.
gblx said, the the circuit to OLM was definitly down. reason unkown.
does sbdy know more information about this?
