Heya....
According to Qwest, the ticket master ticket for this outage is
566548 and its still open. Their NOC said that "Juniper's engineers
were on-site" but that the issue was still ongoing. Having said that,
our connectivity out of Boston was restored about an hours ago so
the outage from our perspective lasted from about 10:20am until 10:40am.
So, it looks like this isn't a case of Mr. Backhoe and Mrs. Fiber going
on a date :) As soon as I hear more, I'll pass it along
Once I hear more, I'll pass it along.
Eric :)
