I believe you received the appropriate reaction. What I don't agree with is
your reaction to the feedback. Every person response addressed the issue,
not you as an individual. You however post this, and attack others'
professionalism? tsk tsk. Perhaps you should review your standpoint.
If you think that UU should change its policies, then call their customer
service.
