Well, the good news is...... the solution to this problem is quite
trivial technically (as common sense would lead men of reason to
believe)......
The bad news, as HWB points out, is that self-styled ISP organizations
and pseudo-organizations would have to do something that requires
coordination and mutual cooperation.....
It might be easier to implement the 'RocketScience Stochastic Predictive
Eliminate-the-Noise-in-the-Signal' Algorithm than to have providers
work together on a 'trival technical solution' :-) :-)
Enjoy the Fall Weather, BTW! I think I'll calibrate an old tube type
microwave sweep generator on the balcony for fun........... fun
only a EE could appreciate (on second thought, hiking in the Mountains
sounds better ;)
