I'm wondering if the originator of the email was "trying" to=20
set QWest/National up by sending this email out, that=20
is, someone simply spammed it in hopes National-isp got=20
the boot/warning from their peer for violating TOS.=20
Do the headers indicate its origin?
Just my 2=A2s
