Subject: FreeIP database program

A few months ago, I saw a posting on NANOG for a database program that
manages IP addresses, that runs off a linux box. Does anyone remember the
name of that program? Searches on Google with keywords, "free IP database"
doesn't return anything useful.

Thanks
