The official corporate spokesperson was slow in getting her
information. During the morning, @Home's spokesperson blamed
the problems on breakdowns at regional cable companies, and
that @Home had done nothing to interrupt service. Later @Home
confirmed Excite@Home had terminated service to AT&T.
@Home's spokesperson said negotiations are continuing with all
cable companies, other than AT&T. Customers of Cox, Comcast, etc
have reported problems with DHCP and DNS services.
