Level3 is having significant issues right now, due to routers in Dallas.
They're working on it, no reported ETA yet. Routing is bad enough that we
turned down BGP to them until it stabilizes.

Their customer service seems to be operational and aware of the issues, if
a bit overwhelmed by volume (unsuprisingly).
