039/8 IANA - Reserved
062/8 RIPE NCC - Europe
064/8 ARIN
066/8 ARIN
080/8 RIPE NCC
I assume that 39/8 needs no comment, but all of the
other blocks were subnetted and allocated to various
companies by RIPE and ARIN.
