CON EDISON ADDS NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE
New York - Since the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center, more
than half of Con Edison’s customer service and emergency telephone
lines have been knocked out of service.
Con Edison has added an additional line: 212-243-1900. The regular
line, 800-75-CONED, is working but customers may experience delays.
