According to CNBC, President Bush has signed an executive order ordering
the restoration of power to Wall Street. I can't find it on the Whitehouse.gov
website yet. FEMA's website indicates that Con Edision requested additional
portable generators. FEMA is shipping them to Manhattan.
Any recent word on the power status to the major telecommunication hubs?
