Some European circuits from 60 Hudson have failed, according to the
carrier due to power problems. Other carriers in 60 Hudson report
no current problems.
Verizon, the local New York City telephone company, has re-programmed
all Verizon owned payphones in lower Manhatten to provide free local
telephone calls.
