Yes, what that *MEANS* is that:
FEATURE(`dnsbl',`output.orbs.org')dnl willl query that ORBS serer
FEATURE(`dnsbl',`rbl.maps.vix.com')dns will query that MAPS server explicitly
FEATURE(`dnsbl')dnl and this one will too, by default
If you *MANUALLY TYPE IN* "FEATURE(`dnsbl')", it will supply a server
name if you don't give one.
