Greetings,

	From the home-office DSL question pool:

	What is going on with the Illinois & Ohio markets?!  I have internet
access, sort of.  I can traceroute to some places, but more often
than not, no.  I can't get to any web pages, or anything...select
sites (www.usps.com for example) works....but it's rare to find
another working site.

	Can someone from SBC or an Engineer answer this?
