APNIC allocation policy documentation

FYI here are the references which we think document our allocation
and assignment policies.
At the Scottsdale NANOG-22, Steve Bellovin (?and Randy?) complained of a
lack of APNIC documentation on allocation policy. The URLS below may not
have been easily findable at the time. We have tried to ensure they are
now indexed from the base page.
When we do a reorganization on the site, I will try to ensure these are
well linked.
