The problem is that what you mention is a *long* way from the actual
situation, where Alan Clegg's organization - which hosts mailing lists
that are posted to by <gasp> *users*, has to agree that nothing will
ever be posted that violates the AOL TOS *before any traffic will be
accepted at all*.
