While I agree that the initial message from the Qwest folks was 
excessively terse, and the final follow-on response at best 
unprofessional, it certainly wasn't without provocation, IMO..  

Likewise, I'd really rather not see a new trend develop here
where folks whop some sales droid and then whine to NANOG when 
they're whopped back.  Leave it on inet-access, it doesn't belong 
here (nor do lots of other things, of course)...

As well, having first hand knowledge, I would contend that a number
of their networking people indeed "have a quarter of a clue between 
them", especially when speaking relatively.
