Apparently big company disease has taken over. Part of Qwest is telling
customers it is working very hard to make this change as fast, and as
painless as possible. The other part of Qwest is telling customers,
Duh, never heard of ATM.
As best I can tell, if you are buying Qwest "IP" service, this won't
affect you. If you are buying Qwest "ATM" service, it will affect you.
Of course, carriers buying dark fiber services from Qwest will not be
affected by whatever shenigans are going on at layer 2/3/4/5/6/7.
As always, your Qwest salesperson should be your best source of information.
