Indeed. Especially since they decommissioned the (always reliable and
knowledgably-staffed) DSG in favor of the "Verizon Advanced Data,
Inc." spinoff. I'd guess the staffing is the same as prior, but where it
used to take less than 5 minutes to get a tech on the horn, it's now an
all-day contest to avoid busy signals and voicemail boxes.
If that's not enough, the lack of inter-office facilities has been a
nightmare for the past 6 months or so, especially in MA.
