Now that all of the TLD registries are all in full swing, if one wants to
get FTP access to the zone files for .com (et al) who is one supposed to
make the request to?
(the README in ftp://rs.internic.net/domain says send a request to
hostmaster@internic.net -- hostmaster@internic.net is bouncing)
