CANTAT2 break? problems?

i was notified by teleglobe that there was a problem with CANTAT2
(transatlantic undersea fiber).
our circuits appear to be back up (down from 14:00 to 16:00 EST).
not sure if teleglobe is re-routing via another cable, or the problem was
fixed quickly.
