MFS is apparently offering a "virtual POP" service for dialup IAPs
here in the S.F. Bay Area... They'll backhaul calls from each of the
Pac Bell COs they're colocated at back to serial ports at a central
location. Not of any use to us, so I don't know any more about it.
Apparently a fairly new service, last two-three months or so.
