Not when you take the other 40 ports from another half populated unit. :) 
Seems to work perfectly as the 'other' PS.  Which leaves you with a
spare controller and chassis.  Do that a few times, stacked, and you can
get some pretty darned good looking potential for a few GbE modules to
support.
