The case was described in some detail in The Economist, June 8, page 71 in
an article entitled "The Internet:  Names writ in water".

Also, a number of people asked whether the stipulated order relating to
NSI's promise not to cut off Roadrunner's domain name was online.  It is now
online at http://www.patents.com/nsistip.sht .
