A fire in a tranformer vault required the Chicago fire department
cutting power to three buildings 55 W. Wacker Drive (also called 222

The Ameritech NAP is a few blocks away on Randolph Street. There are several
ISPs with offices and POPs in the immediate vicinity. Automobile traffic was
a mess in the area, but it didn't affect any networks as far as I know.
