due to congestion or related services) include
Abovenet
Exodus
GlobalCrossing/Center
Mindspring/Earthlink
UUNET
Even more providers may be affected, I just didn't have a convient
way to check on their status. You should view the list above as those
providers willing to make outage information readily available, not
as a list of problem providers. The worse providers may be those who try
to keep outages "secret."
