Also appears to be affecting our Global Crossing PRIs.
So our dial-up network services are hosed. Sure glad
we didn't choose them as our general voice carrier!

I haven't seen anything on their outage notification list yet, but
something's definitely ill. I'm shutting down my BGP session with
them for now.
