Don't you think it a benefit that you are allocated a large block of
IPv4 address space if you support IPv6?

That's why usage based address allocation is considered harmful.
However, deployment of the policy in the draft above makes it
real soon.
Of course, more serious problem is in multihoming but the solution,
as usual, is to rely on the end to end principle as described in:
draft-ohta-e2e-multihoming-00.txt
