Too short. Allow a week, or more realistically multiples thereof. Some
decisions require the members to build consent in their organizations and need
to be discussed, which requires time. It's a silly notion to assume that large
organizations can respond to these types of things in a matter of hours/days;
given that this industry as a whole is generally always overworked.

Make sure you have a backup process, which may further increase the length of
your voting window (snail mail, etc).
