I said this once in private to you, Randy, and should have CC'd it to

I now have been told by many people, including two NSI employees, that
Brad is part of NSI-Registry and can't answer my question. (It would
make sense if people working on the registry side would use an e-mail
address that indicated that.)
Ok, fine. Brad could at least have answered one of my e-mails saying
"I can't help you." Unfortunately, I'm not terribly surprised that I
got ignored. Of course, a polite complaint about a change that took
months to complete once earned me a rather nasty rant from an NSI VP,
and this behavior is right in line with what happened back then (this
was a couple years ago).
Someone else who is not with NSI finally answered my question.
