Last night at 6:07 p.m. Broadwing appears to have had two problems occur:
1. A line card in a router near Chicago, IL failed and
2. A switch in Haywood, CA. had significant congestion
Has anyone else had problems because of this? My network was pretty much c=
ut
off from the rest of the internet.
