We generally stick to one of these boxes for G.703 to V.35/X.21 conversion:
Tellabs MartisDXX STU-2304
Pandatel GM-H or GM-F
There are lots of other equipment out there, but these are the ones we have
the best experiences with. Of course, it's easier to do G.703 directly on
the router... :)
