The problem was with the MAE-West(Ames) SmartSwitch Router (SSR). It
had a Control Module fail, not the Gigaswitches.
Also in other news, the problems with Pacific Bell Internet on Thursday
was blamed on an AT&T router. The problems with Pacific Bell Internet
on Friday was blamed on a configuration error.
