F5's DNS3 product does some of this.

If you are talking about internal/external proxy only, the BIND9 includes
this capability.  BIND9 is still beta, but word is that it's one beta away
from release.

Speaking of using a DNS proxy, does anybody know of anybody else doing this 
besides Foundry??
