I did see about twenty minutes of flapping on our DS3 to them. That's hooks
up at 1 Wilshire (MAE LA). Why would problems at SunnyVale cause Wilshire
to flap?! Not a BGP flap, an interface flap. Line protocol down, up, down,
up, etc.
Veddy interestink... Sounds a little more wide spread...

I'm not from GBLX either, but we did hear there was a fiber cut in SF
today. It doesn't quite explain why I can't reach SNV2 from SNV (right
across the street from each other).
