You are absolutely correct.

Again, I would be willing to organize this. I have done keysignings of
various sizes before, and each time it gets a little smoother. Phil Z. and
I have been talking about methods of making large-scale keysignings happen
more efficiently, and I would love the chance to see if our ideas will
improve things.
