This worldcom outage is somehow (according to the Broadwing NOC, which
gets about a -4 on my clue scale) affecting Broadwing, Williams, Wiltel
(isn't that worldcom?) on the northeast corridor.
I've lost a DS3 from NYC to Philly, suspiciously at the same time as this
pittsburgh outage.
