Since I mentioned I hadn't seen any messages about Sprint outages, several
folks forwarded me Sprint's message today.
Sprintlink experienced a network problem affecting the eastern portion of
the United States starting at 7am June 6 2000. The cause of the problem
or the estimated time to repair wasn't known.
