I called and, of course, the person in Timbuktoo answering their repair
line didn't even know how to spell Seattle (he COULD pronounce it well
though, he'd been hearing it a lot!)

I was up and down from about 7pm until I went to bed at 2am with major
outages around 10pm and 11pm, and a lot of retraining after 11pm.  I'd
really appreciate an explanation also...(not holding breath...)
