Our port in SJ1 (18th floor, San Jose) transitioned 55 minutes ago.
BGP dropped, we were seeing 4000pps of only broadcast traffic on the
fastethernet. A call to above.net noc resulted in "all circuits are busy"
We shut down our port and are waiting...
