The report is a MCI/Worldcom fiber cut near Philly, PA, the current ETR
is 5pm EST. Depending on fiber and circuit swaps/leases UUNET, Exodus,
PSI, and others have indicated they are affected. People are reporting
problems as far north as Boston and as far south as Atlanta.
No reported cause.
