No, but I see a w/com DS-3 NY to WDC down here. This was
of course one bought through A.N.Other who assured me us
it was on a diverse SONET loop. Har har har.
I'm also seeing 70ms on Williams ATM on the same route,
which looks bad, so I guess that's either a swap or
they've cut something else too.
