ICSA has announced a new gold ribbon for Internet service providers
implementing a few basic security steps. Nothing new, except for
the participants. Are providers really going to change their ways,
or is this just some PR? I was shocked to see Sprint listed as
a participant since their engineers have said in the past they wouldn't
implement some of the security steps ICSA lists.
