People who submit outage reports actually are being serious,
and one stands a chance of having a reasoned discussion with them.
People who use block capitals as shouting in their Subjects and explicitly
apologize for their content in the initial message, however, are
less convincable.
People who provide taciturn responses to inappropriate traffic
on NANOG sometimes rate-limit themselves when they feel an
extreme sarcasm rush coming on. Unfortunately, sometimes
we fail.
