Anyone know if www.rwhois.net is off-line? I can't reach it, and it can't
be reached from any of the looking glass sites I checked it from. Also is
there another ftp site that has current rwhois server and client code? ARIN
and Internic seem to have stopped putting up the latest stuff. TIA.
