IOPS.ORG has issued its press release about its "silent night" Y2K
monitoring effort over the New Year's weekend.

Blame me, not merit, for the mention of nanog. It should NOT be taken
as an endorsement or selection by nanog of special ISPs. But as a convient
shorthand to refer to the group of ISPs from the nanog mailing list who are
participating in some Y2K monitoring and notification efforts.
